GCS is a joint IUPAC and IYCN project aligned with their goals to tackle the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) by raising awareness and implementing sustainable practices on a chemistry basis.

ChemVoices is the result of a partnership between IUPAC and IYCN and was created to showcase the talents and impact of early-career scientists worldwide.

In celebration of the 100th anniversary of IUPAC and the International Year of the Periodic Table, IUPAC and IYCN announce the creation of a Periodic Table of Younger Chemists. Beginning in July 2018 and ending in July 2019 at the World Chemistry Congress and IUPAC General Assembly. See the full list of elements here.
