The Conference Presence Committee is continuing the Cafés about IUPAC Top Ten Emerging Technologies

Since 2019, IUPAC has been announcing every year a list of the Top Ten Emerging Technologies in Chemistry that are expected to have a transformational impact in our lives by contributing to the well-being of society and the sustainability of our planet. These technologies are intended to help in achieving the SDGs, as defined by the United Nations 2030 Agenda.

The IYCN Conference Presence Committee is continuing its series of free virtual events entitled "IYCN Science Café" aiming to provide background knowledge and highlight the impact of a selected list of the IUPAC 2022 Top Ten Emerging Technologies in Chemistry. Each IYCN Science Café will be a live 1 h long session split into a 30 min talk plus 30 min Q&A session aiming to address the questions and curiosities raised by the audience. We aim to cover one emerging technology per event by inviting one experienced scientist on the topic.

In order to select which topics from the IUPAC 2022 Top Ten Emerging Technologies in Chemistry we will cover, we kindly ask you to please fill in the following survey (IYCN Science Café survey) by 31 January 2023 so that we can plan which of the Top Ten topics to cover and invite experts in advance.Your input is very much appreciated and we are looking forward to your submissions!
